Why not just quote him instead of trying to twist his words into your narrative?

MLK himself admitted that he didn't know much about the situation in Israel. That line about Israel transforming the desert is all the proof I need that he was steeped in the propaganda that so many others are swimming in.
I have absolutely no doubt that he would oppose what Israel has done and is doing if he knew the truth. But if I'm wrong about that, that's fine. I'm a huge admirer of MLK, but I don't rely on anybody else to tell me that colonisation, ethnic cleansing and mass murder are wrong.
