Wow, absurd huh? And on what basis other than knee-jerk cynicism do you say this? What evidence do you have that legal precedent isn't ever applied to black people? On what authority do you dismiss the opinion of somebody who has actually experienced the legal system as a black man? Most importantly, how does "highlighting" racial inequality not help?
I didn't say there weren't racial disparities in the legal system (in fact, I quite clearly say the opposite). I didn't suggest the Rittenhouse verdict is anything to celebrate. I simply pointed out that this trite, thoughtless negativity isn't helpful to black people.
