Yeah, absoutely. SAT tests are more similar to IQ tests. Which aren't intelligence tests either. Intelligence, in any nuanced sense, is beyond our ability to test.

But we can test cultural bias or whether you tend to think in the "right" way as defined by the people who write the test. And sure, there are environments in which this is useful.

It's the idea that this is anything like universally useful, or that it infers some genetic superiority that makes no sense.
