Yeah, sorry, I must be. Would you mind telling me what reason you have for feeling ill will towards white pople? Not just the handful of white people who have mistreated you personally in some way, or white people throughout history, but white people in general?

Does it differ in quality from the reason that Scott Adams wants to "get the f**k away" from black people? Do you extend the same logic to any other groups of people?

The white people who agree with me, at least in this case, also agree with Martin Luther King. So I feel as if I'm on pretty solid ground there. King had 1000 times more reasons to hate white people than you do, and he didn't. He understood that ending racism means getting past the idea that people can or should be grouped by their skin.

So if you're mad that black people have borne the brunt of this prejudice and have to let the anger of that go if progress is to be made, I can understand that. But what's the alternative? A few generations of everybody hating white people? Do you really think that will make anything better? I happened to see this video this morning as I scrolled through Twitter. What, precisely, did this kid do to deserve “ill will”?
