Yeah, to be honest, there is a little bit of both in my mind. My standing to disagree legally with a Supreme Court justice is shaky at best😅. But just looking at Thomas' obvious financial and political corruption (among others) makes accusations of political hackery more reasonable.
Of course, that's a long way from saying that if a Supreme Court decision goes a way I don't approve of, it's evidence of hackery. But whether or not one agrees with these latest decisions, some things, like lifetime appointment for example, seem worth considering carefully.
