Yeah, true. I was speaking in absolute terms. As in, if you took every person with a particular attribute, not just a sampling, you'd see differences. Some might even be surprising. And we can't say with any confidence that the differences would average out because we don't test people by hair colour or by height.

But yeah, the wider point is that the whole premise is silly.
