Yeah, what a fascinating perspective; person who doesn't have to deal with problem, thinks it's getting too much attention.😏

Racism doesn't get too much attention, it's spent far too long getting far too little. The problem is that the conversation is being dominated by idiots who think shouting "white supremacy/privilege/fragility" at everything will ever solve anything. Who think that yelling at white people just for being white will carry us all to Martin Luther King's promised land.

And then there are their opposite numbers, people who "whisper that racism is dead" without even attempting to understand how untrue that is for the people who actually face it. Or who suggest that anybody who talks about it is...(how did you put it?) a "fragile, whiny, ungrateful dope". All without even taking the time to read what they're getting so triggered about.

Neither of these types are “the most rational people” in this race discussion.

This isn't a team sport. It's not a game where one side has to lose for the other to win. I mean, seriously, a trolling rampage?! Are you 12? Don't you see that childishness like this is also part of why this conversation has gotten so toxic?
