Yep, actually this is broadly true. Because anti-racism, at least in its current incarnation, is only deepening the roots of racism.

Racism exists because racist people erroneously believe that the colour of a person's skin says something about who they are or what they think or how they should be judged. It exists because they think of people with "white" skin as one group and people with "black" skin (or more often nowadays "any colour other than "white") as another and play them against each other.

"Anti racism" makes these same mistakes. It just claims to be virtuous while it's making them. So yes, I'm :anti" anything that makes these mistakes.
