Yep, again. I think "likely" (which you've used here) is a far better word than "eager." Maybe you think that's just semantics. But the difference seems meaningful to me.
If you're taught to believe the world is against you, you'll suddenly find more examples of it being against you. And in today's climate, you'll be more likely to speak up. I'm not disputing your claim that black people are more likely to complain in these cases. I'm just trying to highlight that the underlying cause is societal, not racial.
As I mentioned, we're going through a period of intense societal sensitivity around trans identities right now. And surprise, surprise, more and more people in that community, who are overwhelmingly white, are finding evidence of "hate" and "bullying" at every turn.
