Yep, blind auditions/interviews are already being used in some industries to mitigate the effects of bias. I’d say this is more of a tool to be used on the road than a measure of success though. My hope is that one day, probably in the far, far, distant future, people will be able to be judged on their merits without needing to be hidden from view.
