Yep, I think that covers it. I guess there's some crossover between social and cultural as individual racism is what drives tribalism, but they're distiinct enough that separating them is useful.

Fundamentally, I think if we all seriously focused on the individual aspect, if we focused on communicating instead of winning, we'd make so much progress so quickly.
