These are, in fact, "faux" Nazi salute. Because there is an obvious difference, you absolute cretin, between raising your arm in the air and doing a full-blown Nazi salute.

If you searched hard enough, you could probably find an image of everybody in the world with their hand in the air. But you could not find an image of everybody doing a 1:1 Nazi salute. God, I can’t imagine what it’s like to be this dishonest.
