Yes, this is broadly true. But they don't all have stalls. And changing them all would cost billions. Any serious attempt at a solution has to reckon with reality, no?

As fr jails, the reason sexual predators aren't separated out is because a) it's not feasible, there are too many sexual predators to keep them all separate unless you start building entire wings (reality bites again). And b) if you're going to separate them, why not separate males, regardless of how they identify, in male prisons?

It just seems so brain dead obvious to me that nobody with a penis, especially if they're a sex offender, should ever be allowed into a female prison. I weep for a world where basic common sense like this is being lost.
