Yes, yes, two thousands years. No serious person is arguing that Jews weren't there. No serious person has any objection to the Jews who were already there remaining there. The issue with Zionism is whether an infinite number of foreign-born Jews, many of who have no meaningful claim to indigeneity, should have rights and citizenship to land that other people were already living on. And whether, baed on this "right" they should continue killing and stealing land from that indigenous Palestinian population.
The Palestinians were also there for thousands of years. They have a far greater right to be there than some Jew from the Bronx. Yet they aren't treated that way.
So when you say that the Arabs weren't expelled, and they were "given a chance", first of all, where do you get the idea that you have a right to "give a chance" for people who were living peacefully on a piece of land for generations to continue living there?
And second of all, what are you talking about? They absolutely were expelled. This is the root of the entire problem.
