You absolutely can't say that with certainty given that you haven't met, spoken to or interacted in any way with even 1% of white people. My position is that I don't know what people think. A position that more people could do with having the humility to take.

I'm not going to assume what somebody's attitudes are based on the colour of their skin. I'm sure there's a word for that...

If you used to be racist and you've been working on that, that's fantastic. I'm genuinely glad to hear it. I suspect you arrived at that point because people of colour took the time to speak to you or to write books and articles that you read. That's what I'm trying to do too. Apathy isn't an option for any thinking person with a stake in this fight.
