You'll understand why I'm not going to read all the way through that😅 but I'm familiar with Glenn's work. I agree with him on most things.
Maybe you're assuming that because I'm saying that racism is A factor I think it's the ONLY factor. I don't. I'd concede that it's not even the most important factor. But it's the factor that will be most impacted by articles and public policy. So if we're choosing what topics to write about, it makes sense to point to problems which actually affect outcomes for black people.
I'm not going to try to convince you that racism exists. If you if you believe it doesn't, I can only assume you have some vested interest in holding that view. But your argument still makes no more sense than saying something like, "if we misdiagnose a migraine as a tumor, it's inevitable that the patient will resort to crystal healing or chakra cleansing." Absurdity is not the inevitable result of a mistake, assuming, of course, that a mistake is being made.
