As I say in the article, I don't think Sullivan (who I also admire) comes across well either. I've never seen either of them so defensive and un-nuanced and unreasonable. But yeah, given that Sullivan was a guest on Stewart's show, his behaviour was inexcusable.

Stewart is still great on many topics. But race and especially gender really suck the brains out of even the smartest people. For reasons I haven't been able to figure out.
